Due to social distancing measures implemented in the City of Toronto and limited space at the Consulate, applicants who were notified that their passports are already available for pickup are strongly encouraged to send self-addressed Canada xpresspost envelopes, recent passport, and original claim stub to the Consulate instead of claiming their passports personally.
