In the interest of public service, the Philippine Consulate General would like to inform the general public that, for reasons of practicality and cost implications in mailing out NBI Forms to applicants unable to come to the Embassy or PCGs for fingerprinting, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in the Philippines WILL ACCEPT fingerprint impressions taken by the Canadian Police or RCMP authorities ONLY if the form used is NBI Fingerprint Chart (FPC) or NBI Form No. 5.
NBI Forms can be made available upon request by mail to the Consulate.
