CONSUL GENERAL SALLE WELCOMES NEW INDONESIAN CONSUL GENERAL IN TORONTO

28 October 2025 – Consul General Kristine Leilani R. Salle warmly welcomed Consul General Vevie Dimayanti of Indonesia, who recently assumed her post in Toronto early this month.
During their meeting, the two Consuls General exchanged views on shared priorities in Canada, particularly the concerns of their respective communities. Consul General Dimayanti expressed Indonesia’s support for the Philippines’ ASEAN Chairmanship in 2026. Both officials committed to continued collaboration and meaningful engagement between their two Consulates, and agreed to collaborate on initiatives aligned with ASEAN’s agenda for 2026.
