The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto is pleased to inform the general public that the Department of Justice has issued a press release in relation to the Philippine government’s campaign against human trafficking, citing the Philippines for garnering the highest rank among countries “making comparatively strong efforts with limited resources” according to the 2014 edition of the Global Slavery Index.
