The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto would like to inform the overseas absentee voters that the election packets have been sent by the Philippine Comelec directly to your mailing address written at the Overseas Absentee Form that you filled out when you registered at the Consulate.
For those OAV registrants who have not received the above-mentioned packet, please contact the Philippine Consulate General personnel, Ms. Evangeline L. Cayongcat or Ms. Emma A. Manrique at tel no. 416-922-7181 extension number 232, 221 respectively. The Consulate’s email address is torontopcg@gmail.com. Please write your present mailing address and tel. number where you can be easily contacted.
In accomplishing your ballot, please take note that the following shall invalidate your ballot:
1.The use of any envelope other than the officially prescribed envelope of the COMELEC;
2.Failure to affix your signature in the space provided on the “Official Ballot Envelope”; and
3.Mails which are post-marked received after 6:00 in the evening (Philippine time) on 10 May 2010. End
