The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto joins the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa in congratulating the Honorable Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro on her appointment as Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines on 1 July 2025.
The Consulate remains committed to advancing the interests of the Philippines and bringing government services closer to Filipinos in the provinces of Ontario and Manitoba, through collaboration and meaningful partnerships with various stakeholders, under the guidance and leadership of Secretary Lazaro.
