Philippine Consulate General in Toronto Launches the Global Online Appointment System

5 July 2021, Toronto, Canada. – The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto launched the Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) during its flag-raising ceremony held today, 5 July 2021.

Consul General Orontes V. Castro gave brief remarks immediately after the flag-raising and Panunumpa sa Watawat ceremonies and informed the Consulate General’s clientele that the Global Online Appointment System is now being implemented by the office.

Filipinos may now schedule an appointment for passport processing by visiting the global passport online appointment website: https://passport.gov.ph.

Appointments may be made by using any computer or mobile device. Applicants are required to provide a valid email address as this is where the email confirmation of the appointment will be sent. Fees for the passport application will be paid at the Consulate General on the day of the scheduled appointment.

Applicants are also advised to provide factual information on their application as well as authentic supporting documents.
Passport appointments can now be booked through the GOAS at passport.gov.ph. -END
