For passport renewal, personal appearance is required at the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto for biometric data capture. Processing takes around one to two months. Applicants are no longer required to bring their own photos. Appointment is not necessary likewise. You can come anytime between 9:00am and 4:00pm from Mondays to Fridays, except during holidays.
